Maralunga sofa by Vico Magistretti for Cassina, 1980s. Its iconic design incorporates manipulatable back cushions that can sit low or be extended up to provide more upper back and neck support. The frame is perfected and finished from all sides, making it beautiful from all angles.
This piece has been reupholstered using a creme bouclette from French textile house Bisson Bruneel. A blend of heavy Italian wool and cotton, this fabric has made an iconic comeback in the realm of interiors.
This incredible fabric was sourced by Studio 6910 - Montreal based editors and distributors of high-end European brands, materials and textiles that are essential to architecture and interior design.
Reupholstered by Montreal based craftsman; Samuel Pelletier, with his incredible eye and attention to detail, he kept the authenticity and beauty of the original piece while elevating it to it's full potential.
