Pistillo Wall or Ceiling Lamp by Valenti Luce for Studio Startech, 1960s.  The shape of the Pistillo Lamp was inspired by the heart of a flower. The design and reflective chrome-plated ABS plastic creates a beautiful play of light when turned on.

In good vintage condition, some wear to chrome as seen in photos.
