DCW Chair by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, 1940s. Made of birchwood, this collector's piece features a molded plywood structure, two rubber shock mounts on the backrest as well as a  5-2-5 screw pattern underneath, indicating it is an early example of this chair.

In good vintage condition, some patina on wood.
